20 Questions For You And Your Loved Ones

May 13, 2017

Facing our mortality is one of the hardest things to do. In Western culture, we try to avoid this subject as it can stir up feelings of sadness, anxiety and fear. As these feelings emerge, let's notice them without judgment and still open up this important conversation. Let's also bring in love. Love for yourself and for those you care about.

Pre-planning our last wishes can make the decision making process a little easier for our loved ones, especially when death is unexpected or if we are no longer able to speak for ourselves. If a particular religion or faith is important to you, learn more about your choices within your cultural tradition.

Writing down your own wishes can be helpful before asking your loved ones the same questions. Feel free to contact me if you'd like my assistance in facilitating these important conversations.

Sending love to each of you,
